To be eligible for this position, prospective candidates must:​

Be 19+ Years Old

Marion County Resident
-
Have a form of reliable transportation to and from work

Experience with youth

Be available for the full term of employment

Dates

Crew Lead Training: May 22, 2025 to May 31, 2025

Program Dates: June 03, 2025 - July 19, 2025

Compensation:
All Crew Leads will work approximately 35-40 hours a week and be paid $15/hour.

Who can apply?
To ensure the Advisory Council represents the communities where our farms are located, we accept only applications from residents of 46205, 46219, and 46218.
This prioritizes input from those directly impacted by our work. Those interested in food justice, food systems, nonprofits, or social justice are encouraged to apply.
Meeting details:
We will meet quarterly (mostly virtual), but if the weather’s nice, we’d love to meet at our farm sites or the community.
Members will receive a $100 stipend for attending each meeting
