Operations Manager
Soul Food Project seeks an Operations Manager to help with day-to-day operations and identify the resources needed to achieve the organization's goals/mission. The Operations Manager will strengthen existing and create new community partnerships in support of the mission of Soul Food Project while managing organizational accountability and programs, materials, and supplies for various projects.

The Operations Manager will work under the direction of the Executive Director to co-shape our strategic plan and fundraising program.

Crew Leader
Soul Food Project seeks TWO Crew Leaders to help with day-to-day operations of our Youth Grow Indy summer program. You will be working outside at the farm, helping to manage behaviors and ensuring the safety of our youth employees. Think of it as a summer camp counselor on a farm! Ideal candidates are team players that enjoy problem solving, hard work, and playing in the dirt!
The Crew Leaders will work under the direction of the Youth and Community Program Director.
